Philippines device lifecycle support

Equip your remote team without losing control of the hardware.

Local sourcing, security setup, delivery and offboarding support for client-owned laptops used by Philippines-based staff.

For: businesses hiring in the PhilippinesFrom: first deployment through recovery and reuse
The problem

A remote hire still needs a physical device.

Shipping laptops internationally can add cost, customs administration and delays. After a role ends, an untracked device can leave both capital and corporate data at risk.

We coordinate the device lifecycle on the ground in the Philippines, with your IT policies and ownership requirements guiding the work.

What we can manage

One local process from purchase to next use.

Scope, supplier, configuration and handover requirements are agreed before any order.

01 / SOURCE

Local procurement

Source business-grade laptops from agreed Philippine suppliers after you approve the model, price and purchase.

02 / PREPARE

Security provisioning

Coordinate Microsoft 365, Intune or other MDM enrollment and required software with your IT team, subject to your tenant setup and licences.

03 / DELIVER

Tracked handover

Arrange local courier delivery and record the assigned user, serial number and receipt so your asset register stays useful.

04 / RECOVER

Return, erase and reuse

Coordinate collection at offboarding. Once recovered, arrange documented data sanitization to the agreed method, then store or redeploy the device. A buyback quote can be agreed separately.

How an engagement runs

Accountability at each handoff.

01

Plan

Agree device specifications, budget, security requirements, asset records, delivery locations and offboarding instructions.

02

Deploy

After approval and payment for the hardware, source and prepare the devices, arrange delivery and capture proof of handover.

03

Close the loop

Start retrieval when a role ends, reconcile the asset record, and follow the agreed process for sanitization, storage, redeployment or a separately agreed buyback.

Clear commercial terms

Know who owns the device and what happens next.

Your company retains ownership of purchased hardware unless a separate buyback is completed. The proposal sets out procurement prepayment, custody, delivery, recovery, sanitization evidence, storage and any buyback terms before work begins.

Recovery has practical limits: Collection depends on the device being available and the holder cooperating. Remote device actions depend on management being configured and the device checking in. We report what was attempted and completed rather than promising retrieval or data removal from an inaccessible device.
